My complaint:
Today I ordered on order number 173 at Ratnapura branch order value of 3048.00 as an delivery through your hot line but the rider came up with cash payment receipt without the machine. Again I called to hot line and the person who answered asked me to get the order without payment and told he will send the machine later for payment that’s solved properly but the rider didn’t gave me the sauce pickle very unsatisfying service even your machine didn’t worked properly and got reversed the payment maybe your riders lack of knowledge.
