My complaint:
I called in that location to order a pizza and the man taking orders on July 1st took my order and charged
Me and called me like 20 mins later to tell me that they don’t deliver to this address so I asked what happens to my money he yelled at me saying 5 business days so I asked to speak to the manager
And he yelled at me he’s not there so I asked him just to text me a pic of the cancellation he yelled yet again and hung up the phone , the man had an Indian accent to narrow it down .
Suggested solution:
Refunding me the money and reprimand that employee who I’ve never experience more rudeness
