My complaint:
Order a pizza on app it went thru said would b ready at 11:25. We waited til that time and went to pick it up. We sat at the window for several minutes. Finally a lady came to the window eating something and opened the window. I pulled up my tracking information and it said the order was canceled. I ask the lady she said it came in after closing. I ask why the app even let you order. The lady was very rude and said oh sorry. I don’t care if you fix it or not but you have a big flaw in your app. You also have a employee problem eating where you prepare people’s pizzas. I am sure you can pull video to prove what I am telling you.
Suggested solution:
Fix your app that you can’t place an order if the store is closed. The health concern about employees eating in the same area where they prepare a pizza. The employee served a pizza to the car behind me and never washed her hands after eating in the work are.
