I placed two online orders , got a text that the driver was on his way for order 1. So 35 minutes later I called the store to make sure he found the location as it was a surprise bday delivery treat for a friend. The first person I spoke to had no clue how to answer any queries I had about my two orders after at least 7-10 minutes so he passed me to a woman who said .rudely “ what’s your question ???” Itoldvhwrvthat that I was just wondering where my orders were …. just hoping he was on his way … at least Timmy first order location. She said Wellll ordering this online You are getting them Both delivered to the same place because you didn’t put the right address !!!! She was THae rudest customer service person EVER ! We then argued if I correctly put in 2 different delivery addresses ( which I DID!!)!— we basically Yelled at eavjutgervehere she insisted that I absolutely DID put the same delivery address for both ……. and then I said “ If you are going to be so rude to me then I will talk to the supervisor please ..” She said Yes I’ll give you to him. He said
Oh sorry she was not too good with her customer service phone skills. I’ll talk to her. I said “ Where are my orders ? We figured that out and one had been then delivered and other was on its’ way…. then he said , “ Anything else ???” I said “ YES!!! I’ve never been treated this rudely at your store I’m shaken by this ! I just got yelled at !!” He said that it was a misunderstanding and he would to her. I said “ wait that’s allll !??? That was horrible !!” So he put a lava cake credit on my phone number. That is not enough frankly to make me EVER order from you again. Please fix this.
Please give me a large credit or coupon and also talk to the manager and make sure this is resolved.
