My complaint:

I order food for delivery on this night. They called twice but I didn’t hear. My dominos app notify that my order is cooking and I even got a notification that my order was out for delivery. I waited three hours for my food but it hadn’t come so I called the store where the first guy told me my order was cancelled because the manager told them to do it. Asked to speak to the manager and there was a girl who got on the phone and explained that they called because it was going to be a wait time if one hour and thirty minutes but since I didn’t answer they put it in the system for out for delivery but after the last time they called they canceled it. This associate began got an attitude because I was questions and hung up the phone because I was getting frustrated and wanted my order. She told me when she canceled my order that I should have my refund in 3 to 5 business days but I yet to receive this. This is not the first issue I had with this store. I know there were time when I had to pick an order because they are short on drivers. Every time you put in an order for delivery now they always calling to see if I can pick up my order.

Suggested solution:

Well if they know I didn’t answer the phone and you sent out a notification that my order is being prepared and out for delivery then just bring the order no matter what. And don’t hang up on your customers for your mistake.
