My complaint:
Called at 530 had to call back twice once at 630 and 7 didn’t even make it yet . General manager refused to refund our money . He threw on a free cinnamon stick but when we got it there was no icing and it was ice cold . The pizza was cold and they sent the wrong soda !! Me my wife and 2 year old didn’t even get to eat dinner . We are starving . 30$ for two small pizzas and 8 frozen nuggets . They were rude . I called in this order and they told me 30 minutes . Food didn’t come until 830 pm . It’s now 10 pm almost and we haven’t eaten .
Suggested solution:
We would like a full refund of the 30$ we spent on a cold and wrong order ! I don't understand why the GENERAL MANAGER would not refund us to begin with . Also it would be nice to get a coupon or somefree pizza for having to wait 3 hours to not be able to eat .
