My complaint:
I have used the online ordering tool approximately 5 times. First two went fine, but the last three times I have been severely disappointed. This last time the pizza crust was so burned we couldn’t even eat it, and it took over an hour and a half to deliver!
Suggested solution:
They should bring me three pepporoni pizzas, to make up for the last pizzas I have ordered.
