My complaint:
I order the pizza on Saturday night at 7:00 p.m.. I was anxiously looking at the tracker because I was very hungry. At around 7:10 p.m. it said the pizza was baking. Around 7:30 p.m. I got a call from dominated saying it was going to be another 1.5 hours until I got my pizza. I was willing to wait the extra time but I mentioned to the man that it said my pizza was already baking and I did not want a pizza delivered that was not fresh and hot. The man assured me that pizza would be checked for quality and re baked if it wasn’t fresh and hot before delivery. So I said OK. So in hour and a 12 later I got delivered a cold gloppy pizzathat I could not eat.i threw it out. I could not find a place on my local deliveries place of business to leave a complaint. That’s crazy, I spent $30 to get a pizza delivered that I couldn’t eat in threw out.
Suggested solution:
1 If there are delayed delivery times that are now in about, don't make the customers pizza until it's ready to deliver. You are variously knew you had a shortage of delivery drivers, so why make the freakin pizza. And deliver me cold pizza i can't eat!
