My complaint:
Around 4:19 pm today June 30th 2022. We placed separated items on the belt to pay cashier. I operated items away from each other and it was obvious.
A woman named Meghan attempted to keep running all items despite my friend being behind me in line to pay for thwie items and she kept rining eveything up. I kindly told her it those are his. She got a real attitude and stated in a street like confrontational tone you gotta tell me you got say something dont just stand there . I was like wow.. She did it so fast as soon as I noticed her rining everything up with the person inline behind me I did tell her.
She went off again about it and I told her to calm down and let it go please.because she made me uncomfortable. It got really weird fast. Shew as uoset and it wasnt necessary . like she is unstable.i asked to see a manager m she says I am the manager .
When she went into the small office. I attempted to ask the other cashier quietly if I can get head offices number. She goes I cant give you that informarion (in a rude tone). I said I’ll look it up online maam. Thank you …. She was a heavy set white young lady working at the register next to meghan at the time.
As we were leaving megajn coems up and says goodbye to some man ans signing . it was like she is crazy .
We spend alot here each month for thr last 7 years living near by.. My household of 3 each does .
We are not returning until Megan is removed from this store and a new manager that is respectful to the public is placed there.
What happened shook me up . Megahn’s tone was confrontational.
She is unstable and street like. She was very rude and unfriendly. .
Ive been shopping at this dollar tree for years. We have never seen this level of unprofessional before and scary. We don’t know if Meghan was racist agaisnt white girls or pretty girls but there is no explanation for this treatment . We don’t know why she acted like this.
I spend upwards $200 a time here at this store sometimes.
I cant believe a store manager treated me like this. I thought she was going jump on me, I really did. She used like a fighting tone.
She is not stable. She is likely crazy in our own observation ..
We are all going to shop elsewhere near by family dollar in stead until Megan is removed. We can’t have this. She is not ok. She is frightening
She was street like.
My witness who was with me saw the whole thing .
If she is still working there next month we are leaving detailed yelp reviews and going to the BBB to file online public complaints. Each of us.
.we feel we cant even shop at the store and be safe.
It is very likely Meghan is treating others this same way, because she was very comfortable with her confrontational tone and choice words blamming the customer. Its like it was normal to her..
If you were to talk to her, you would see an unstable women within seconds of bringing up anything she doesn’t like, most likely.. I hired many caregivers and CNAs for my business, so I saw alot of women, and can tell very quickly when someone has mental health issues or behavioral prpblems. I saw disturbed in Meghan at saufley dollar tree .it was pretty obvious to both me and my witness.
This lady Meghan – who states shs is the manger at this store 6794 is very unstable.
I have told the truth.
We will be reaching online and calling until someone responds . its not ok to have people like this working here.

Suggested solution:
She needs to be removed as soon as possible . She is not suitable to work with the public and incapable to effectively problem solve .
Unfriendly and short temperted .
Inappropriate gestures, like singing in the store, after confronting customers at the check out. Blamming the customers that she accidentally keot swiping all items on the belt even though they were apparently separated. .. She can't effectively communicate or ask questions. Can not problem solve. Flips out
