My complaint:
I was terminated by the DM when he lied and said I was working off the clock. I know I can’t get my job back because of this person. The ops mgr testified on my behalf and felt she was being picked on by *** . She was hired as restricted availability because she has small children and has always had Xmas eve off since she is the only one with small kids. There is a cashier who is **** favorite. She gets more hours than the ops mgr. *** is making the ops manager work on Xmas eve and says she has to have open availability. Unfortunately the ops mgr turned in her keys and quit partly because of this and because there was no one to watch her kids sometimes. Mgmt at this store has violated so many policy rules. I think this is part of the reason why I was terminated. I knew too much about what goes on at the store. Nothing ever gets done about any of these issues which is typical for this company. I can’t get unemployment and they won’t give me my sick pay because of his lies. He doesn’t need to be managing anything.
Suggested solution:
I would like **** position taken away and to not be allowed a management position again. I would like for him be held accountable for the things they have done..

Since I wasn’t working off the clock, I’m asking that them take off the reason for termination and the not rehireable off my profile. He won’t do this even if it is court ordered and I was given a number to ask them myself. I’ll do his job for him, again.
