My complaint:
With 6 inches of snow fall in nj, You would think that your company would be responsible and thoughfull to plow the parking lot!!! It i has not been plowed !!! It is a accident waiting to happen. Let alone slip n fall law suits.Do you have any compassion or regards for the employees that work there, or the many elderly customers? There are so many snow remover companies in this area .IThere is NO excuse for this .
Suggested solution:
Send a snow remover plow truck team there IMMEDIATLY.
