My complaint:
I was shopping in your store in Bolivar Tennessee today November 27, 2021. First off that is the filthiest store I have seen in a long time.. I went to check out some glass jars I was buying and the cashier was putting 2 in a bag. She had what looked like a roll of broen bathroom paper towels on the check out stand. I as her if she could please at least wrap on of the jar so if the banged together they might not break. She just chuckled and looked at the other cashier and said. How am I suppose to wrap some jars. I pointed to the roll of brown paper towels and she said you do it you seem to know how.. So I started wrapping them. She ended up wrapping a couple of them for me while looking at me like I was crazy.. When I got ready to leave she looked at the other cashier , made a silly face and laughed real loud.
Is that the way you train your cashiers to treat your customers??
Yes I know how to wrap jars I worked in retail myself and if a customer wanted something wrapped I wrapped it without a complaint..
Suggested solution:
Train your employees better. Teach them not to get smart with the customers..
