My complaint:
On September 24th. 2023 I went to this store to exchanges 4 items, so I went with a young woman the Assistant Manager or Manager and I told her about my matter and she said yes, IF I’m NOT HERE when you come back at the register, that another employee(she appointed him) is going to help you.
I went to pick up another things( I took around 7 minutes to do so) but when I came she was not there, so I went with the other cashier( young oriental guy) but he told me: I need her authorization to do the exchange and ask me: Can you wait for her 25 minutes?…
Obviously, I said, no, I need to go!… later me and my husband came back to the store and another young woman, her name is Monica attended me, but very soon she told me in a rude way: WHEN YOU COME BACK WITH YOUR ITEMS, YOU NEED TO GET IN LINE!!! MY question is: WHY HIRING THIS KIND OF IRRESPONSIBLE AND RUDE PEOPLE IN YOUR STORES???

THEY SHOULD TAKE CUSTOMER SERVICE CLASSES...BAD!
