My complaint:

I have been shopping at dollar tree for 20 yrs! Our local dollar trees have closed their bathrooms to the public. When I asked why at my Apache Junction store I was told because of vandalism. Is it right to make all people suffer because of a few? This behavior has soured me toward dollar tree to the point I am seeking other places! I have IBS-D And when I need a bathroom it’s right now! I’ve had to drop items and leave but more embarrassing would be IF I couldn’t make it out the door and they have to clean up my trail because of their choice! Customers come to spend money. I can’t take my time and shop because often in less than 5 min I need a restroom, and forget if your in line and chatty Kathy on register has to talk and poke with all customers before you! I think the restrooms could be open and if they are afraid of vandalism keep someone working in the back to check on restrooms every 15-30 min! Heck, put a lock on it that takes tokens offered by a worker when they know a regular customer, that they can give it to. The token could be used to open the door! It seems they could resolve the problem if they wanted too! I’m sure there are others like myself who have health situations that need an immediate close restroom! I’m disappointed at this change that makes all customers feel like they can’t be trusted! Don’t open the doors if you don’t trust customers!
