My complaint:

I was buying items for The Calvert Woman’s Club Katy Hamman-Stricker Library for the children back to school party. I got to the register and forgot that I did not have my bar code because my billfold had been stolen on Friday the 15th of July, my bar code was enclosed. I had my Texas Tax ID actual papers with my name and number she said it would be too hard to reenter all items to cancel and then re-charge without tax even when I told her the problem and that this was for the non-profit organization that I represent she was adamant NO told me to contact the corporate office which I was going to do anyway and gave me her name Robin I watched her slam stuff on shelves, customer’s asking her questions and her snapping where it is located is this the way you want your employees to act even if it is a Dollar Tree. I should have gone to the one in College Station, TX it is much friendlier and I will always go to that one from now on.

Suggested solution:

I do believe that you should address this problem with speaking to the person Robin and I will not address her as Manager because please that is not what she is the other employee that checked me out was very nice. Robin has no Manager skills you would be better with someone that is not so angry
