My complaint:
I have issue on return things to dollar store which is in Newark blvd.
Herewith I have attached purchase receipt and return product which is not used and all are new. I went to store yesterday to return the items, there not accepting the items and saying it is holiday items they cannot do exchange policy.
I was told them, I don’t see any such policy in the website or anywhere. I don’t know how they can say such information without have the proper documentation. They are talking not good manners and ignoring me for all my questions. Even store manager was not available to solve this issue. I am a good customer and never had such issues in any of the stores. This is first time, am facing the ridiculous customer service.
Then, I called dollar tree customer care, they were suggested me to mail the information.
I send out the email but I don’t receive any proper response.
