My complaint:

I BOUGHT SIX FRUIT DRINKS AND GOT THE WRONG DRINK. NOTE THEY SIT SIDE BY SIDE. I WANTED TO EXCHAGE FOR THE ONE I WAS WANTED, AND I WAS TOLD NO EXCHANGE WITHOUT A RECEIPT. I NEVER GET A RECEIPT, JUST A PAIN TO KEEP UP WITH. I ASKED TO TALK TO THE MANAGER RUBY DOWNNY, AND SHE SAID THE SAME THING, SO I ASKED FOR HER MANAGERS NAME AND WAS TOLD SHE WAS ON VACATION, SO I ASKED FOR HER MANAGER, MANAGER’S NAME. SHE REFUSED MY REQUEST, SO BEING AT A DEAD END I TOLD HER I WAS GOING TO FILE A CORPORATE COMPLAINT. I AM THE SORT OF PERSON THAT IF I GO TO EAT AND I GET BAD FOOD OR BAD SERVICE, I TELL THE MANAGER. I HAVE FOUND OUT THE MANAGER APPRECIATES KNOWING ABOUT EITHER SO THEY CAN FIX THE PROBLEM, VERSES HAVING AN UPSET CUSTOMER THAT WILL NOT RETURN.

RUBY ALSO TOLD ME IT WAS PRINTED ON A RECEIPT NO EXCHANGES WITHOUT RECEIPT. THE WAY I SEE IT, YOU OFFER A RECEIPT OR NO RECEIPT ON SMALL SALES, CUSTOMER OPTION, BUT HOW CAN I READ A RECEIPT WHEN I DID NOT GET ONE. YOU NEED TO UPDATE THE WORDING ON THE RECEIPT, WHICH TAKES NO MORE EFFORT THAN GETTING LEGAL TO APPROVE IT AND NOTIFYING THE COMPUTER DEPARTMENT TO UPDATE WORDING. YOU CAN ALSO GIVE A MANAGER DISCRESSION ON SMALLER PURCHASES. LET THEM MANAGE, THAT IS WHAT YOU ARE PAYING THEM FOR. I PROBABLY SPEND OVER $300 MONTHLY AVERAGE WITH DOLLAR TREE. I HAD A RUN IN WITH TWO MANAGER'S AGO AND INSTEAD OF GETTING MAD I JUST STARTED GOING TO OTHER STORES TO PURCHASE WHAT YOU SELL. I AM SURE YOU PAY A MANAGER BASED ON STORE PROFITABILITY, AND SHE LOST MY BUSINESS OVER A $2 PROBLEM.
