My complaint:
I have been going to this store for the last 5 years, it has never changed and now it’s just too much to take, the floors R always filthy (in every aisle) walls and ceilings have water damage and mold, there is always trash outside the store and it is often hard to move around inside because the aisles R blocked with skids of unpacked product.
The shelves have many products that R opened and stolen, and strewn on the floor, products have been in the front window for years now and R sun bleached, by the cosmetics section U have plastic storage containers piled high which make it hard to navigate UR way through, it just seems to me like no 1 there seems to care.
The next time I go in there I will have my cell phone and take pictures because it’s always the same so there is proof.
Suggested solution:
They should resolve my complaint by sending a regional manager there un-announced so they can see for themselves what I have described.
