My complaint:
I entered the Dollar General at 900 Hwy 70 and the assistant manager, Jessica, had rudely kicked me out. She yelled at me about not wearing a mask, I attempted to explain to her that I have a medical disability that prevents me from wearing one and that according to the ADA it says that an employee must either allow a customer to do their shopping OR make reasonable accommodations for the customer. Jessica didn’t want to hear what the law says, instead she yelled at me and offered NO accommodations to resolve the issue. I am not the only person in my neighborhood that has had an issue with her vulgar attitude, she yelled at my wife and kids a few days ago for forgetting their masks in the car, a simple mistake, but Jessica yelled at them to leave until they had their masks.
Suggested solution:
I would like the assistant manager, Jessica, to be discharged from her duty, clearly she has an issue dealing with the customers.
