My complaint:
Parkside Drive location in Knoxville,TN
Teresa, an older blonde lady that works at the store was rude as my son and I attempted to pick out balloons. Evidently, I was standing in the wrong spot and she took it upon herself to just be rude and tell me “you might see those better if you moved!”….very rude. There was no reason for her rudeness, there was no reason for me not to stand where I was, the isle in front of the balloons. She was too busy socializing and didn’t want me hearing what was being said. This is terrible customer service.
Suggested solution:
She needs customer service training
