My complaint:
The Dollar General driver was harassed during his entire delivery process by the store manager at the E. Veterans Memorial location. She was refusing to hand over paperwork to close out delivery. This throws the driver late to other deliveries. There was absolutely no reason for the way the driver was treated. Professionalism has not been a mark of Dollar General store employees for a very long time, and it is high time that changes.
Suggested solution:
An apology would be nice, and training on professionalism.
