My complaint:
I bought a money card for amount of 500$ , when I went to activate the card I couldn’t. So I called the number that the card provided an the place told me the card was not swiped correctly at the cash register. I go back to place of purchase an they tried to say it’s the card company at fault. I gave this store the money,they also heard the company say it was the store at fault. I’m losing day of work,gas an my time . I stood at this store for over 3 hrs on resolved

Refund money on another card an fire the one who incorrectly swiped the card at time of purchase on 8-9, 2023at approximately 6:35 pm
