My complaint:
I went into the isle to look at travel mugs and saw a blue lighted speaker playing vulgar rap music. Not a good shopping experience. Employees were behind the counter talking loud at each other. There were several middle aged to elderly customers waiting in line. The music was so loud I decided not to purchase my items at this location. I left the store very disappointed that management would allow this. I left the store At 4:45 pm Saturday June 26
I will not shop there in the future.
Suggested solution:
Send a mystery shopper from your corporate headquarters to discuss appropriate behavior and type of music to play during work hours
