My complaint:
The manager is the most rude unprofessional women I have ever met. She harasses Custemors and I have witnessed her making false allegations on innocent custemors humiliating them in front of everyone. She follows them around and her and her employees set and talk about customers as if there a burden and there criminals. I have personally witnessed this women humiliate an elderly women saying she had stolen cheese and the women let her look in her purse and everything. She then proceeded to call the women a liar and humiliate hr only to find out the women had ot the cheese back. I will never go back and most of my friends and family won’t either bc of this women and her employees. It’s sad because I have shopped at dollar general since I was a little girl and its one of the only stores I my town. I will go the extra mile out of my way and pay more to go to Walmart before I will witness this women to her unfriendly employees harass another person.
Suggested solution:
They need to replace the entire staff. There is not one friendly helpful employee staffed there. The manager sets the bar for the employees and she is the most unprofessional manager I have ever seen in any store or merchandiser.
