My complaint:
Since new management at this location I am unable to locate items you normally have. Associates just standing around talking, I see items i need in some of the boxes sitting around in the store but not on the shelves. Normally Mary or Grayson are there and they are able to assist. I go almost every day… I have photos, 2 associate walking to Trash bin, should only take 1, this is during day hours. 2 smoking while only 1 in the store. They look at the customer as if they ae disturbing them. Since the Manager left who was brough in to replace Jason left had the store in great shape… In less than a month the 2 managers who came behind her took it back down to Jason’s tender.
I am writing because after going there today I was very disappointed with the service, appearance, lack of everyday items in boxes sitting around and empty shelves
Suggested solution:
Haire managers with proven experience, Employees such sa Mary and Grason have shown ability as well as being professional. Do a lesson learned, they had on bad manager then bring one in to clean up the store, and a month new managers destroy. someone needs to put stock on the shelves. train or retrain managers or and associated on customer service....
