My complaint:
The Dollar General Store located in Baudette MN is in such deplorable shape because they are so short staffed and the isles are backed up with products not on the shelf. Customers are barely able to maneuver through the isles because of this reasons. Most of the shelves are in such disarray and inventory strewn even on the floors. The whole shopping experience is horrific and someone directly from the company higher up management need come and witness these conditions and resolve them ASAP!!!! Someone should call in the better business bureau to see the ghastly conditions. I can’t believe someone already has not done so!!!!
Suggested solution:
Hire staff to come in during closed hours when trucks bring in their new inventory to unload and stock. For now with things being so drastically in disarray the company needs to take measures in hiring people into stock and clean up the deplorable situation it is presently in.
