My complaint:
We arrived at 9:51 at the store the guy come to the door and said I’m sorry we’re closed I was with my manager and another co-worker from Goodwill industries and they told us we could not come in there but he proceeded to let other people check out in the store and the store had all kinds of people in it I have never been told I could not enter the store and it’s still with almost 10 minutes to go before closing I think he was very rude and disrespectful and all we wanted was one item of Peace because we just got off of work at our jobs and that’s the only place that’s open besides Walmart and we always stop at Dollar general after work
Suggested solution:
By canceling the associate that was there that was rude and also making an apology
