My complaint:
I checked spend the last wwk through all the services media sites in english and spanish asking why would day ask me to pay for events for services I haven’t never order in the last 10 months. My bills have been consistent and on time never above 58 dollars.After speaking with several agents in english and spanish the decided to change my bill from 178.86 to 62,89 and told me to teach my old year old parent how to lock the remotes. I told the I was very appreciative i wasn’t paying for services never acquired but i still didn’t understand what movie they where charginging for? The told me to just but parental locks on the remotes and be happy. I would think the be nicer since the contract ends in october. So any help highly appreciated.
