My complaint:

I attempted to have dish disconnect my service because I was moving out of state. I called customer service and was on hold for45 minutes. The gentleman that I spoke to again put me on hold and then dropped my call. Again I called back and was put on hold for an extended period of time. When I did get to speak to someone she couldn’t disconnect and was going to put me on hold again and transfer me. By now I am just livid and told her that I refuse to be put on hold again and I hung up. When I arrived at my new destination I again tried to contact them. Again I was put on hold for extended periods of time. I tried multiple times and at no time did I get to speak to anyone. I am now being charged for a service that I don’t want and can’t use.

Suggested solution:

I want my service disconnected immediately and an address and box so that I can mail the Joey to them. I have never experienced this kind of treatment before and I have been a loyal customer for many years. I also want my bill credited back to the 26th of July.
