My complaint:
I called dish network in November to inquire about their TV programs informed them I would not be around until after the 7th of December so scheduled for the ninth of December.i was out in Nevada when I got a call stating they would be there for installation on the 5th of December called dish up right away and told them i already had one for the 9th of December they said there wasn’t one scheduled and the 19th of December would be the soonest they had available ok I guess I didn’t have a choice. The 19th of December comes i get a call the installation technician called in sick ok rescheduled again for the 26th of December between am and noon it’s now 4:19 pm on the 26th of December and still no installer they said I can only get any compensation for my time and aggravation after they install and no guarantee of what that would be. I’m not a happy camper.
Suggested solution:
I'm not sure at this point what I would accept, if this is this way now what is the service going to be after the installation.
