My complaint:
The system at times operates on its own without user interface. It changes to channels set for recording without user approval or interface. Ability to return to channel being watched is a near impossibility.
Suggested solution:
Refund my money!
I would be happy to speak with a representative regarding this issue, but I am not holding my breath that someone will call. (David or Lorrie at 253-722-3213)
Your available programing is pathetic. What happened to decent channels?
