My complaint:

I was told programming would be $53 when I called to cancel after having called several times about error scenes. I accepted 1 more year because I was told the programming price would be $53 when the bill came it was $100. I called to cancel and was told they would never have said the price would be $53 but that’s what I was told. I’ve been trying for days now to cancel service but that department is the only department that is so busy I’ve been on hold all day for days and still no answer but I called other departments and someone answered but say they can’t do anything and I’m again transferred to be on hold all day again.

Suggested solution:

Cancel service. Send a prepaid label and box to return the two cable boxes. As long as they don't let me cancel service the bill is still occurring. I'm on a fixed income and dish network is the worst. They can't keep customers so they are holding me hostage in order to keep me from cancelling service in order to keep the billing services going. I disconnected the cable boxes days ago but unable to cancel service.
