My complaint:
Dish is saying that NBC is asking for exorbitant fees, what about Dish. Even before them cutting off NBC they raised my rate and now they are threatening to raise my rates even more. I think it’s time to drop ALL Cable companies and go to antenna!
Suggested solution:
Start lowering instead of raising the rates for loyal customers.
