My complaint:
I love Dish but the current commercial running on network television claiming 99 percent reliability is misleading as it depicts a family watching Dish in the basement of their home during a thunderstorm which is when the 1 percent of not being reliable comes into play. We always lose signal during a thunderstorm if there is heavy cloud cover and heavy rain. What this family is watching is recorded programming on their DIsh DVR which is not stated, The viewer of the ad assumes they can watch Dish during a thunderstorm which is incorrect. I bring this up because there needs to be truth in advertising and it is not the case with this ad.
Suggested solution:
Remove the ad or make it clear the family is watching DVR when there is loss of signal during a thunderstorm
