My complaint:
Was on the phone for a total of 1 hour and 12 minutes to cancel our service because we are moving and then the service was finally cancelled. The date that I wanted it cancelled was 101. After they told me that it would take 7 days to get the boxes to return their items I asked them to make fit or the 920 date. They ended up canceling it on 99 an hour after I got off the phone with them. I was put on hold at least 15 times during the 2 phones calls that I had to make because they lost me during one of the 15 times on hold.
Suggested solution:
They should contact me and restore our service until the 920 that we requested. They need to respect peoples request and quit the extensive sales pitches that they bombard you with.
