My complaint:
I called in twice last week for bad service. Dish sent out a tech last week to fix the problem but he couldn’t fixed the problem. I was scheduled for an appointment today but now I’m on hold because they keep telling me they don’t have a tech in my area due to called in. I want to file this complaint with you.
Suggested solution:
Sent a tech out in the next two hour since my appoiintment was for noon to 2 today.
