My complaint:
I have been trying to watch How tthe Universe Works. I love the program but I find it very difficult to hear what is being said over the background music which is so very much too loud. I question why the music is needed at all, as the content itself is certainly dramatic enough on its own..
Suggested solution:
Modify your future editing of science documentaries to quiet down, or eliminate, the background music noise.
