My complaint:

Ever since I tried to connect to Discovery, I’ve been unable to log in to use because of incompatibility and router firmware unable to upgrade. I’ve been billed for every month since I had it, but I!able to. The last 5 months bill I want refunded and my debit card to be taken off and not charged again. I’m almost certain it’s been 5 months but it may be more, but it’s for how many ever months I’ve been billed because I haven’t been able to use it ever. Fix this, I’m disabled on Social security!

Suggested solution:

Refund every month charged and issue refund ASAP
