My complaint:
When to Dischem Jubilee Mall on the 20th August 2023, requesting assistance with the Bandage departments which the sales consultant show me. He show me spider tech and the price was R49,95 which he give it to me. To my surprised at the till the prices is more amounting R199.99. Request the store manage by the name of Josias Molapo or Molepo and said to me u suppose to check the barcode. The sales person failed to check the barcode and expect me to check that. He was so rude and told me even if I complaint it will go back to him. On that shelve there were 2 items Spider Tech. I ask them to show me the price for Spider Tech and it was not there.
Suggested solution:
They need to show the price on the shelve which they failed. Accept their mistake and apologies unlike putting the blame on me.
