YOUR SALES AGENT MISLED ME AND YOUR REPRESENTATIVES ARE RUDE AND ARE A POOR REFLECTION OF YOUR BUSINESS (LISTEN TO THE CALL FOR 28TH OCTOBER 2023 FROM MY MOBILE 072 624 1732). I SPOKE TO A LADY BY THE NAME OF KIM.

YOUR PROCESS AND PROCEDURES DOES NOT LINK AND YOURL DO NOT RESOLVE A CONPLAINT.

GO BACK AND REVIEW MY INTERACTIONS WITH YOUR CALL CENTER!!!!! LISTEN TO THE RECORDINGS AND COME BACK TO ME!!!!

I REQUETED FOR A CALL BACK ON TWO SEPERATION OCCASSIONS AND NO ONE CALLED. YOU JUST DONT CARE BUT YOU DEDUCT YOUR PREMIUMS EASILY EVERY MONTH.

I WANT A REFUND FOR ALL MY PREMIUMS, I DONT NEED YOUR FAKE SERVICE. I RATHER TAKE OUT A COVER WITH A TRUSTWORTHY, AND TRANSPARENT COMPANY.

GET BACK TO ME!!!! AND FIX THIS… I WANT MY MONEY BACK.
