My complaint:
On 5 8 2020 I called customer service to dispute a transaction..after 30 minutes..someine answered and then put me back on hold…i waited another 1 and 12 hours..no one answered.
I did not choose Direct Express…it came with SSI and Disability. Customer Service is terrible.
The muzak played while on hold is worse.
Suggested solution:
I want the $180.00 charge refunded.
I did not get the service I paid for
