My complaint:

Was on hold for customer service for over an hour. When I got through was asked to describe reason for dispute and all information. After completing this was told they had to transfer. Person answering seemed to have an attitude(while taking personal information and after wards). While explaining dispute and reason call was hung up or dropped on their end. No call back am now holding over an hour again for customer service and ready to give up on call.
