My complaint:

I have been complaining about several unauthorized charges on my account since march 2020, however the paperwork they said I was going to receive never arrived, and I was penalized for not responding by a specific date even though I called repeatedly to tell them this was an ongoing problem.
At this time, I have over $422.46 in unauthorized charges and if they ever do credit my account I fear they will take it back again
