My complaint:

Every time I need to speak with customer service and you call them there always experiencing heavy call volumes.. so they say, then hangs up.. day after day and several attempts hourly gets you the same result. I would prefer to have a different company handling my account. I believe that my card has been compromised and can’t contact them to issue me another card and at midnight tonight my funds will be deposited into my account and have no way to protect myself from thieves who have my information. Worried… yes very much so..

Suggested solution:

Answer there phones for there customers when we have an issue.
