Dinnerly complaint: Item not received. Company won’t answer request for refund

My complaint:

I did not receive a dinner box they charged me for. I have no one in the company to
Complain to. They aren’t taking phone calls or chats. I send email after email to be told to wait 62 hours. 72 hours later I’m told to wait another 72 hours and so on.

Suggested solution:

I want a refund and my account cancelled.
