My complaint:
After trying Dinnerly and finding that the service doesn’t fit our needs I cancelled my account.
Dinnerly -apparently!- refused my cancellation, and shortly thereafter billed my bank account for 2 (different) amounts, on the same day.
Customer service informs me, by email, that they will not return the $150 stole from me, as the 2 boxes were already sent out me- regardless of the fact that I did not order them…
AND, to add insult to injury, I have received ABSOLUTELY NOTHING from Dinnerly:
No refund, no boxes,
No Nothin’ , as my Grandmother would say.
Suggested solution:
Refund both unauthorized withdrawals, immediately.
