My complaint:
Missing an item in box. They say it weighs 3 lbs. and all items were in box , but the $140.00 shirt jacket was not !! They are calling me a liar !!! I received 3 out of 4 items. Don’t lie …. Second problem I’ve had with Dicks on missing items.
Weight of package is 2 lbs. not 3 as they say. Here’s pictures of box and contents.
Suggested solution:
Send my item, or refund me $140.00 plus tax.
