My complaint:
Made 2 separate purchases last fall. When I received my credit card bill Dick’s had used my card to add an additional charge each time. I have no idea what these charges were for and nobody I spoke with could give me a valid explanation. The amount was between 3 and 4 dollars on each order. It was not shipping (freeI) and not additional taxes. Is this even legal? I had already paid the total amount before I placed the order. What if every retailer just charged an addiditonal amount with no explanantion!?! They should have given me that money back and apologized, but neither was done. Won’t be shopping here again!
Suggested solution:
Give me the money back and do not use my credit card at their discretion.
