My complaint:

I bought 1 black belt and the seller sent to me a green belt. Which I don’t like. So i contacted the seller he doesn’t wanna take the item back. He offer me 10 dollars back on my 55.29 bucks. i say no. send the shipping label get your item and give me my money back. He ignore me. Then i contacted DHgate. they keep asking for proof i sent them. It is not enough, I sent picture of the item, receipt. asking for tracking i did send it. After all of this i receive a message refund process. after checking completly, the offer me the 10 dollars the seller gave me, which i say no before. Never told me why not fully refunded. I contacted them they never reply. this is a rip off company that is stealling people’s money. please help me if you guys can. i need my money am out of work can’t throw money away.

Suggested solution:

By giving me my money back. and send a shipping label to get their item back.

I order a black and they send me a green one.
