My complaint:
I placed order, within 24 hours I requested refund.
DHGate customer service promised full refund after 7 days.
Seller sent unwanted product on day 7.
Estimated delivery June 20 …
When product will not sell, so absolute nonsense, as shipping was promised within 10 days. I cancelled order. I requested refund.
Suggested solution:
Refund me in full immediately.
